Who operates this library
Life with Larry is operated by Beyond Creations LLC. For questions about your information or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact support@lifewithlbj.com.
Information we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, account credentials, and signup agreement record. We collect listening totals, using random playback session identifiers to count plays and listening time for each recording. These analytics records do not include your name or email. We keep membership status, subscription details, payment identifiers, and billing dates so we can provide the right audio access. Our service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and service logs.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and secure your account, confirm your email, help you reset your password, provide audio access, manage subscriptions, maintain member records, respond to requests, and prevent misuse. Creating an account does not by itself sign you up for promotional email.
Payments and service providers
Stripe handles checkout and payment details. Your full card number is not stored in the library’s member database or Google Sheet. Supabase provides listener authentication. Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, audio storage, and the application database. Google Sheets holds a private copy of member details and subscription status. Our business email service delivers account messages. These providers process information needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
The library uses login cookies to keep you signed in. Browser storage saves your favorite recordings on your device and temporarily remembers when you choose paid signup. These features support account access and the listening experience.
How long we keep information
We keep information while it is needed to operate your account, maintain billing records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by email. Some billing or security records may need to be retained. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription. Cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion.
Your choices
You can cancel your paid subscription through My membership, then Manage billing and cancel. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at support@lifewithlbj.com. Rights available to you may depend on where you live.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current policy and its effective date will be posted here. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
