Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Your monthly membership
Paid membership is $9.99 USD per month, billed monthly through Stripe. It includes all free recordings and every published paid bonus recording. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel.
How to cancel
Sign in, open My membership, and select Manage billing and cancel. Use the Stripe billing portal to cancel your subscription. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next monthly charge. For help accessing your account or cancelling, email support@lifewithlbj.com.
Access after cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your bonus audio access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account keeps access to free audio.
No refunds
Subscription payments are nonrefundable except where required by law. We do not issue refunds or credits for unused time, partial months, or cancellation during a paid billing period. If you believe a charge was incorrect or unauthorized, contact support@lifewithlbj.com so we can review it. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Payment problems
Paid access depends on successful payment. If a payment fails, bonus access may end when the previously paid access period expires. You can update your payment method in the Stripe billing portal.
