Using the library
These terms apply to Life with Larry, operated by Beyond Creations LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Subscription Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Contact support@lifewithlbj.com with questions.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your password private. Your account is for your personal use. Do not share your login, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another person’s account.
Free and paid access
Published recordings marked Guest can be streamed without an account. Free membership provides access to recordings marked Free. Paid membership provides access to the free library and all published paid bonus recordings. Categories include Music, Podcasts, Tech Talk, Personal Life, Me and Wifey, God Talk, and My Mistakes Won’t Win. Categories may be empty while content is being prepared. Access does not include a promise of a particular number of recordings or a fixed release schedule.
Subscription terms
Paid membership costs $9.99 USD per month and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are nonrefundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals, and bonus access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Read the Subscription Policy for the cancellation process.
Personal listening rights
Guest listening and membership access let you stream available audio for personal listening. It does not give you ownership of the recordings or permission to redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast, or use them commercially without permission. Some audio may be created with AI. Rights belonging to third parties remain with their respective owners.
Responsible use
Do not bypass membership restrictions, copy protected audio without permission, disrupt the service, or use the site for unlawful activity. We may restrict an account that violates these terms or threatens the security of the service, subject to applicable law.
Content and availability
Recordings share personal views, conversations, faith perspectives, music, and educational information. They are not individualized medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Audio availability may change, and maintenance or service interruptions may temporarily affect access.
Updates and your rights
We may update these terms as the service changes and will post the current version here. We will provide notice when required by law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
